Niwot, located along the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and only 10 minutes from Boulder, this enchanting and vintage community has a rich historical past as well as modern day conveniences and style. Many beautiful new residences have sprung up in and around Niwot in the past few years, and it's a very safe and friendly town. Niwot is best known for having great community gatherings like the popular Lobster Bash and the anual Rhythm on the Rails Festival.
