The Boulder area encompasses a wide range of communities, housing choices and life styles. One of the major draws to our area is the proximity of outdoor recreation opportunities and the climate to take advantage of them. The city of Boulder offers a downtown area with an urban feel -- lofts and restaurants surround the Pearl Street mall area. Louisville, Lafayette and Superior offer more of a small town feel. Longmont is its own small city with a wide range of neighborhoods -- old and new -- and price ranges. The plains east of Boulder and the mountain areas to the west offer opportunities for homes from cabins to horse property to estate size acreages.
Close to Boulder you can find other small cities. Broomfield is southeast of Boulder on the way to Denver and offers a convenient location for commuters. Northeast of Boulder you can find the town of Berthoud and the city of Loveland -- a great location of Fort Collins is on the job mix.
